Is there a minimum quantity for ordering Goodie Bags / Party Favors?
Yes, you have to order a minimum of 5 sets (mix & match) for our Goodie Bags / Party Favors.
How many days in advance must I place my order?
To avoid disappointment, we advise that you place your order 1-2 weeks in advance especially for goodie bags / party favors and personalized items.
You can also order in advance, and let us know when you wish to have your order sent out.
What should I do if I need my order urgently?
If you have an urgent order, you may contact us at hello@goodiebag.sg and we will try our best to help fulfil your order.
I have multiple promo codes, but why aren’t they working?
Unfortunately, you can only use one promo code per order, as none of our promo codes are stackable.
Do you have a physical storefront where I can browse the actual products?
No. Currently we are strictly available online only.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No. All payment must be made to confirm the order. Our delivery personnels do not handle any form of cash transaction.
My purchase is a gift, can you remove the invoices and receipt from the package?
Yes, select the gift option upon check out and no receipts will be included in the package.
I've accidentally put in the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
Yes, please let us know via email at hello@goodiebag.sg and include your order number and the correct delivery address within 1 hour of placing your order. If you let us know any later, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address will be rectified.
Do you offer bulk purchases?
